Imports & Name Matching
- Improved import name matching for foreign names, special characters, stylized letters, and common OCR mistakes.
- Alternate names are now considered more reliably when matching screenshot and video imports.
- Unmatched names can now use an AI fallback to find high-confidence matches from remaining alliance members.
- Added a "Member Conflicts"-Page to help clean up shared aliases that could cause wrong matches.

First off, if you received an email today saying your alliance/server would be deleted in 7 days, please disregard it! We had a small bug in our inactivity cleanup process that accidentally flagged 31 workspaces, most of which were still in their free trial or had just ended theirs. Rest assured, your alliance/server is safe, all erroneous warnings have been cleared, and we've fixed the bug.
Imports & AI Parsing
- We've improved the overall AI integration, leading to fewer parse failures caused by temporary glitches.
Account & Access
- My Memberships: You can now find "My Memberships" in your account settings. This page shows all the alliances and servers you're an officer of, and allows you to leave them with a single click. Previously, you had to ask the owner to remove you.
- Self-Service Account Deletion: Also found on the `/settings` page, you can now delete your account yourself. This will remove all data associated with your account, following standard safeguards (you'll need to leave or transfer ownership of any alliances/servers you own first).
- Ownership Transfer: If you own an alliance or server and want to hand it over, navigate to Settings → Danger Zone → Transfer ownership. Select a current officer, and they'll receive an email and an invitation in their `/settings`. Once they accept, the workspace transfers to them. Your subscription will be scheduled to cancel at the end of its current paid period, giving the new owner time to set up their own.
Member Profile + Dashboard
- Contribution Scorecard: The member profile has been revamped and now features a contribution scorecard. This includes a verdict pill (Strong / Doing OK / Needs attention / Excused) alongside six status pills for Power, VS, Donations, Storms, Shields, and Events.
- Shield Misses Tracker: You can now record shield miss incidents per member and view them on the dashboard alongside Shield Alerts.
- Member Trends Chart: We've updated the Member Trends chart to stack Power, Kills, VS, and Donations into a single, easy-to-read chart with toggleable series.
- Reliability Panel: The Reliability panel is back on the profile, showing shield misses, storm participation, and train assignments.
Custom Events
- Week-over-Week Comparison: This is now a core feature for custom events!
- Compare Page: The compare page now includes a custom event metric, allowing you to view any tracked event side-by-side for two different weeks.
- Member Picker: The member picker in the import dialog now offers Top 20 / Top 30 / All presets, along with grouped and searchable lists.
Imports & AI parsing

- Public Pages via Subdomain: Your alliance public page now works on its own subdomain (e.g. youralliance.lastwar.farm) and can be installed as a standalone PWA. Also some pages have been redesigned
- Member Activity Indicators: Green/gray dot on the Members page shows who has VS activity this week at a glance
- Hive Planner Power Display: HQ tiles now show the assigned member's fight power below their name
- CSV Export on Members: Download your member roster as CSV from the Members page
- Reuse Imports: Upload a screenshot once, then distribute the matched data to Power, Kills, or any custom event without re-importing
- Fixed finally passkey login, no requirement to send email code for a quick login
- Week Comparison: Compare VS scores between any two weeks side by side. See who improved, who declined, with daily breakdowns.
- CSV Export: Every table in your dashboard now has a download button. Export duels, donations, custom events, or comparison data as CSV.
- Alliance Notes: A shared notepad for your leadership team. Store notes you send regular to your alliance.
We've added two improvements to make importing your alliance data faster:
- Video Upload: You can now upload a screen recording instead of taking multiple screenshots. Simply record yourself scrolling through a list and upload the video directly. Just make sure to scroll slowly so all entries are clearly visible.
- No More Cropping: You no longer need to crop your screenshots before uploading. Just take a full screenshot and upload it as-is, the system will extract the relevant data automatically.
TRAIN SYSTEM
- Manual assignment: Set any position to "Manual" in the schedule, then pick your members on the roster tab. Great for reward-based conductor spots or custom assignments.
- Role filtering: Choose exactly which roles (R1-R5) are eligible for each position instead of a minimum role. Easily exclude leadership or build custom pools.
TRACKING & FILTERS
- New "Met" / "On Track" filter across Donations, VS Points, and Custom Events. Quickly see who hit all requirements, useful for raffles and reward eligibility.
NOTIFICATIONS
- Tap any notification to open and read the full message.
UPLOADS
- Free plan users now see a hint about upgrading to Pro for up to 25 files per upload.
