API changes and minor bug fixes

- API access is now limited to alliances that use auto-sync - Exports from the Hive Planner now have the correct coordinates - Support request chats can now be scrolled - Warzone/Meteor Events no longer have issues with the wrong alliances being synced as participants - Weekly score uploads are now more stable when calculating Saturday's scores
