Last War Discord Bot · Alliance Pro

Get your alliance connected.

A practical guide for officers and members: connect your server, verify characters, collect responses and get the team ready.

BETA is rolling out to participating pilot accounts and alliances. It is included in Alliance Pro; purchasing Pro does not automatically enable pilot access.

For alliance officers

  1. 1

    Open your alliance’s Discord page

Discord Bot is included in Alliance Pro, with no separate bot subscription. During BETA, access is limited to participating pilot accounts and alliances. Purchasing Pro does not automatically enable pilot access.

  2. 2

Install and choose where updates belong

Connect your server from Connection & channels. Discord shows the specific permissions for messages, roles, event threads and scheduled events. Administrator is not requested. Place the FarmOps bot role above roles it should assign, choose the event, announcement and officer channels, then save with the integration enabled.

  3. 3

    Invite members to connect

Ask members to run /farmops connect in your server. They connect their own FarmOps account and game character. Configure the member role you want FarmOps to synchronize after connection.

  4. 4

Set up events once, then reuse the plan

Use calendar templates and repeating events for your alliance routine. Set Team A and B to the Storm slots your alliance selected in the game. Review the date, timezone and game cycle before publishing.

  5. 5

    Turn responses into a roster

Members respond on event cards or use /farmops storms. Open the linked Storm planner to select starters and substitutes from their requests, then publish the roster for confirmation. Review attendance after the event.

For members

  1. 1

    Connect your accounts

Run /farmops connect. Sign in to FarmOps, connect your Discord account, and select your alliance if you belong to more than one. With one connected alliance and character, routine actions use them automatically.

  2. 2

    Verify your game character

Run /farmops verify with your exact player name or game UID, or open Your connections in FarmOps. Request the private game code and enter its four digits. The code expires after ten minutes. If delivery is unavailable, request officer approval.

  3. 3

Tell officers when you can play

Use /farmops availability for upcoming events, /farmops storms to request a fight, or the buttons on an event card. A fight request tells officers you want to play; your published assignment confirms your place on the team.

  4. 4

    Keep your personal plan close

Use /farmops week for the next seven days and /farmops settings for reminders and quiet hours. Open /farmops hub for polls, saved availability, Train and other alliance coordination.

Starting a new Discord server?

Use the FarmOps Alliance Starter for event channels, Storm teams, member roles and a private officer area. It creates a new Discord server; your existing server stays as it is.

Install the bot and connect your FarmOps alliance after creating the server. Discord Bot is included in Alliance Pro and currently in BETA.

Permissions for the Discord Bot

No Administrator required

Discord lists these permissions before you connect. FarmOps uses them for the channels, roles and events you configure.

Event cards and reminders
View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links and Read Message History.
Verified members and team roles
Manage Roles. The FarmOps role must sit above the roles it assigns.
Event discussion threads
Create Public Threads, Send Messages in Threads and Manage Threads, including closing threads when events finish.
Discord Scheduled Events
Create Events, which also lets FarmOps update or remove the events it created.

Good to know before you start

Included in Alliance Pro

One alliance subscription includes the Discord Bot. Members do not need a separate paid bot account. BETA availability is currently limited to the pilot.

Connected to your plan, with officers in control

FarmOps signups record availability and fight requests. Officers still complete any required registration and event activation in the game. Templates and repeated schedules should be checked against your server’s current game cycle.

Private game-code verification requires the FarmOps game-chat service to be available. Codes expire after ten minutes; officer approval remains an alternative.
