New custom event type: Flag & minor fixes

A new custom event type has been added: a flag. This can be used, for example, to track T10/T11 unlocks. - The link on the single member view now takes you back to the members page. - New filters have been added for members: 'New' and 'Left'; these are no longer hidden. The dashboard tile links for new members now correctly filter the view. - The inbox is now scrollable and mobile-ready. - Entries can now be archived in the inbox. - Support requests can now be closed. - Zooming in on images in support requests and feedback has been fixed.
