Give a member access to their page
Share a private login link and distinguish personal access from officer access.
A member login link gives one player access to their personal member page. It does not give them the officer dashboard or permission to manage the alliance.
Copy and share the correct link
- Open Members and find the player's roster entry.
- Use Copy login link in the member's actions, or Member login link on their profile.
- Send the copied link privately to that player. Check the member name first: the link is tied to that roster entry.
- The player opens the link and follows the displayed sign-in or connection steps to reach their personal page.
Do not post a member's login link in a public channel. A link is an invitation for that specific player.
What the player can do
The personal page shows their available statistics and alliance information. Depending on enabled features, they can submit their own updates, availability, and event responses. Submissions that require officer approval stay pending until reviewed. Officer access is managed separately through Officers.
Recover or remove access
Unused links expire after 30 days. Copying a still-valid unused link returns the same invitation. If a link was used or expired, generate a fresh one when needed.
If the wrong account is linked, use the member's unlink action, then issue a fresh link to the correct person. Unlinking removes personal access while keeping the roster history. Have the member sign in again and check that they see the correct character.
Set up an alliance explains officer access; what updates automatically explains the data shown on member pages.
